Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for most destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)
Note: During peak seasons (November-January), processing and delivery times may be extended by 2-3 business days. International shipments may be subject to customs delays.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium travel products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our streamlined return process ensures your experience matches the quality of our products.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required
- Certain personalized items may be non-returnable (see exceptions below)
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery. - Complete Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label (US customers). International customers will receive detailed return instructions. - Package Your Item Securely
Use the original packaging whenever possible. For leather goods and laptop bags, please include all protective dust bags. - Ship Your Return
Affix the provided label and ship via the designated carrier. We recommend retaining your tracking number. - Inspection & Processing
Allow 3-5 business days for inspection upon receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when processed.
Exchange Process
- For exchanges of equal value, follow the standard return process and indicate your desired replacement item in your initial email
- For exchanges requiring price adjustments, our team will guide you through payment reconciliation
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3 business days after return inspection
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International Transactions: Currency conversion differences may apply
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our premium standards, these items cannot be returned:
- Accent Kits & Pouches with monogramming or personalization
- Mobile Accessories opened from original packaging
- Leather goods with custom embossing
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at shipment
