5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags attached. Original proof of purchase is required.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Accent Kits & Pouches with monogramming/personalization
• Opened mobile accessories
• Leather goods with custom embossing
• Items showing wear or damage not present at shipment

5.3 Return Process

3. US customers receive prepaid shipping labels; international customers receive instructions
